Basic Purpose/Job Summary

The Head of Digital Marketing will lead the overall digital strategy for Viva One, overseeing brand positioning, audience growth, and performance marketing. This role is responsible for developing and executing data-driven campaigns across digital platforms to strengthen brand presence, increase user engagement, and drive subscriptions. The position requires strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills, with a proven track record in digital marketing for entertainment, streaming, or media-related industries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in media, entertainment, or streaming platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in digital advertising, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and data analytics.
  • Experience with social media management, influencer marketing, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
