Sales and Marketing Manager for a Retail Store

Responsible for

SALES:

  1. Driving sales growth and revenue and analyzing sales data to inform strategies

  2. Managing sales teams and setting sales targets, building customer relationshops

MARKETING:

  1. Creating and implementing marketing campaigns to attract customers, managing social media advertising and promotions,

  2. Analyzing market trends and customers behavior. Creating visual merchandising and in-store displays.

RETAIL-SPECIFIC:

  1. Managing inventory and product displays, ensuring excellent customer service

  2. Collaborating with store staff to achieve sales goals,analyzing sales data and customer feedback

KEY SKILLS:

  1. Strong sales and marketing knowledge, leadership and team management

  2. Analytical and problem-solving skills , excellent communication and customer service skills, strategic thinking and planning.

  3. Ability to adapt to changing retail trends and customer trends

The Goal is to drive sales growth, increase customer engagement, and build brand loyalty in the retail store offline and online platform. The role requires a blend of sales expertise, marketing knowledge, and leadership skills to drive business growth and revenue. Reporting directly to the owners for weekly and monthly progress.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
