This full-time role in our Greenhills San Juan City Metro Manila location will see you play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our retail operations, ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers and help them find the products they need
  2. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card and mobile payments
  3. Maintain excellent product knowledge to recommend relevant items to customers
  4. Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment and merchandising tasks
  5. Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs for the store
  6. Uphold a high standard of store presentation and cleanliness
  7. Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and concerns

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
