About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Manager to oversee online store operations, marketplace management, and business growth for multiple client brands. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end e-commerce workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop e-commerce SOPs, onboarding processes, and reporting standards
  • Lead storefront and marketplace creation (Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee)
  • Manage IT development, digital marketing, CRM, and live selling activities
  • Oversee customer service, fulfillment, inventory, payments, and store operations
  • Ensure secure checkout processes and data privacy compliance
  • Monitor site performance, sales metrics, and user experience
  • Build and lead the e-commerce team; train members on best practices
  • Create promotional programs and implement sales growth strategies
  • Prepare business proposals and manage the onboarding of new clients
  • Handle multiple e-commerce accounts and ensure profitability

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
  • Strong familiarity with tools: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Lazada/Shopee Seller Center
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, CRM tools (HubSpot/Klaviyo)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities
