Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to manage and grow our online stores across platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. This role is responsible for maintaining product listings, executing promotional campaigns, enhancing customer experience, and driving overall brand growth. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, data-driven, and passionate about e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Store Management

  • Maintain and update product listings across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
  • Optimize product pages to improve visibility, search rankings, and conversion rates.

Campaign & Promotion Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics based on analytics and platform insights.

Customer Engagement & Experience

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage customer feedback and product reviews to enhance satisfaction and brand reputation.

Brand Development

  • Develop strategies to expand brand presence and drive customer acquisition across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators on TikTok to support brand marketing efforts.

Performance Tracking & Analysis

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, sales, and conversion rates.
  • Generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure campaigns are consistent with brand messaging and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience managing online stores on Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok Shop is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
  • Available to work Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php24,000.00 per month
