Job description:

The E-Commerce Associate is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our online stores across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and others. This includes overseeing daily store activities, ensuring optimal store performance, driving platform campaigns, managing stock levels, and maintaining account health. The role requires someone who is data-driven, results-oriented, and capable of performing a wide range of tasks that contribute to the growth and success of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor Fulfillment Performance, Listing Performance, and Customer Service Performance.
  • Track Sales, Orders, Pageviews, Visitors, Best-Selling Products, and Units Sold.

Floating Orders Management

  • Oversee resolution of floating orders for timely and accurate fulfillment.

Platform Campaigns

  • Participate in campaigns and promotions, ensuring implementation, monitoring, and tracking.

Store Decoration & Optimization

  • Update store visuals and layouts to enhance user experience and align with campaigns.

Chat Broadcast & Customer Engagement

  • Set up Chat Broadcasts for promotions and engagement.
  • Monitor chat volume and respond to inquiries promptly.

Discount Promotions & Vouchers

  • Set up and monitor discount promotions and vouchers.
  • Create BAU, New, and New Followers vouchers per marketing calendar.

Stock Monitoring & Management

  • Monitor stock levels and replenish on time.
  • Regularly check availability to prevent stockouts and delays.

Account Health & Ad Performance

  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain account health.
  • Manage Shopee Ads performance and ad credits.

Business Insights & Reports

  • Provide Sales, Orders, and Business Insights (SOBs).
  • Track category rankings and prepare quarterly performance reports.

Price Checking & Rebated Price Updates

  • Conduct price checks for competitiveness.
  • Update Shopee Rebated Price Tracker.

Monthly Shopee Flash Bank

  • Manage setup and execution of monthly Flash Bank.

Quarterly Business Review

  • Schedule and participate in business review meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, E-Commerce, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Shopee, Lazada, and other key online platforms.
  • Strong command of MS Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
  • Analytical, organized, and proactive problem-solver.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and within a dynamic team.
  • Willing to work on-site (New Manila, Quezon City), 6 days/week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
