About the role
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing staffing service agreements with small to mid-sized clients across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in full-cycle staffing sales, a deep understanding of the US market, and a passion for building lasting client relationships
Responsibilities
· Lead Generation and Prospecting: Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities through a variety of channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
· Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
· Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
· Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand client requirements and effectively present customized staffing solutions that align with their business objectives.
· Solution Presentation: Articulate the value proposition of our staffing services and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
· Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful placement of candidates and client satisfaction.
· Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end staffing sales, with a focus on small to mid-sized clients in the United States.
· Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
· Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· A strong understanding of the staffing industry and various employment models (e.g., direct hire, contract, contract-to-hire).
