Position: Accounting Specialist – Dressing Plant

Location: Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro


Job Summary:

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to manage and consolidate the financial and production outputs of the Dressing Plant. The role is responsible for monitoring daily operations costs, validating output reports, and ensuring accurate and timely financial consolidation.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, or Financial Management
  • Preferably with 2 years of accounting experience (manufacturing, production, or plant operations is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting systems (SAP knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and consolidation skills with high attention to detail
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply
  • Ability to work with operations teams and communicate effectively across departments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and validate daily production and output reports from the Dressing Plant
  • Monitor operational costs (raw materials, utilities, and labor) and ensure accurate accounting entries
  • Coordinate with production and inventory teams to reconcile outputs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support requirements for audits and compliance reporting
  • Ensure that all accounting processes adhere to company policies and government regulations
