Job Summary:

We are looking for Business Course Graduates who are eager to start and build their careers in Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, and Purchasing. Successful candidates will be given opportunities to apply their academic knowledge, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the company's continuous growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Financial Management, Management Accounting, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or any related Business course
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • With keen interest in Accounting, Operations, HR, or Purchasing functions
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), knowledge in SAP is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities (per position):

Accounting Specialist

  • Process and record financial transactions accurately and on time
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and government regulations

Purchasing Specialist

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
  • Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with vendors for timely fulfillment

Inventory Specialist

  • Monitor, record, and reconcile inventory levels regularly
  • Conduct stock counts and ensure accurate documentation of materials and supplies
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to avoid shortages or overstocking

Truckscale Attendant

  • Operate and monitor truck weighing equipment to ensure accuracy
  • Record weights, maintain logs, and issue weight tickets as required
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for proper documentation

Farm Accounting Specialist

  • Monitor and record farm-related expenses and revenues
  • Prepare reports on farm financial performance and cost utilization
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company guidelines in farm operations

HR Specialist

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
  • Assist in timekeeping, employee relations, and HR administrative functions
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
