MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree graduate (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or mathematics

Related Work Experience: At least two years of experience in IT

Knowledge (knowledgeable in the following):

• Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools as well as IT service delivery tools

• Knowledge in ITIL and ITSM framework including service delivery, service desk management and related concepts

Skills:

• Experienced in systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• Provide 1st level support for technology related issues of PFSC associates. Including issue documentation, classification and escalation to the concerned group.

• Manage and monitor incidents by tracking, documenting and coordinating to the concerned Business Unit (BU). Ensuring that all incidents has been properly resolved on-time and RCA has been closed.

• Facilitate the tech on boarding process for newly hired associates. Ensuring that users will be able to access company resources securely and reliably.

• Liaise with Operations group to assist in user issue escalation to the platform provider.

• Liaise with 3rd party vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Coordinate with PPS tech team in resolving issues concerning VPN connectivity, PPS and PalawanPay API integration, Apex One and PPS supplied Lenovo devices among others.

• Assists in monitoring the application(s) during deployment and post deployment. Ensuring all application issues and user concerns are documented and reported to the concerned BU.
