Role Overview

The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist aids in maintaining systems, data, and reporting organized to optimize the usage of RevOps tools. HubSpot experience and Excel proficiency are important requirements to perform the function.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare contact and company lists in Excel to reconcile with other systems and import into HubSpot
  • Reconcile and align data across HubSpot, Maxio, ZoomInfo and other tools
  • Build and maintain HubSpot reports dashboards, lists, and workflows
  • Provide training and support for HubSpot, DocuSign, ZoomInfo and Maxio
  • Maintain clean and reliable records through audits, updates, and duplicate management
  • Document and maintain process guides and training resources
  • Support deal pipeline accuracy and overall system upkeep
  • Monitor workflows and automated processes, troubleshooting as needed
  • Assist with incoming RevOps requests and cross-team support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field
  • At least two years of experience working in revenue/sales/marketing operations
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, lookups, filters, and data organization) required
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service and/or Operations Hubs) with experience in creating reports and dashboards required
  • Familiarity with DocuSign, ZoomInfo, or Maxio preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and professional communication in English (written and verbal)
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup suitable for remote work
  • Ability to work effectively during U.S. Central Time business hours
