Qualifications for Senior Division Manager

· Extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, including property sales, brokerage operations, market trends, and regulatory compliance.

· Proven track record in sales performance, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.

· Recipient of multiple awards and recognition as a Top Seller, demonstrating exceptional salesmanship and client relationship management.

· Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in guiding and motivating teams to achieve collective goals.

· Strategic thinker with excellent decision-making abilities, capable of creating and executing growth-focused business plans.

· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships and close high-value transactions.

· Ability to mentor and develop sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement.

· Results-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable, with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

· Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive experience in real estate sales and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and manage sales quotas; ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Implement promos, blitzes, and campaigns to boost sales and conversions.
  • Review sales data and adjust strategies to address performance gaps.
  • Coach and develop sellers and team leaders for improved output.
  • Oversee weekly sales activities and ensure sellers meet daily benchmarks.
  • Analyze activity reports and provide direction to improve efficiency and results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
