Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Manager at Camp Netanya Resort and Spa. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote the resort and its services to potential guests. Responsibilities include managing digital and offline marketing campaigns, building and maintaining relationships with guests and partners, overseeing promotional activities, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales and revenue goals. The position is based in Batangas with the flexibility to work remotely part-time.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to drive revenue and growth opportunities
  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation to enhance brand visibility
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management, Networking, and Client Retention strategies
  • Ability to perform Market Analysis, Competitor Assessment, and develop sales forecasts
  • Strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proficiency in presentation and negotiation
  • Experience in the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry is highly preferred
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
