We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our CDO team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent service through phone, email, or chat. You will represent our brand with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or college level/graduate.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Ability to work on-site in CDO.
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome; BPO experience is a plus.
