Property Management Officer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Oversee the day-to-day property management.
- Ensure proper maintenance and repairs of facilities, utilities, and common areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold property quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and improvements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- With at least two (2) years of related working experience
- Strong knowledge in managing maintenance team and property matters.
- Handling department admin work.
- Basic Maintenance Knowledge.
- Familiarity with compliances such as BFP, occupancy, etc. and property maintenance protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to handle property-related issues.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
- Roving in the provinces (Visayas & Mindanao) when needed.
- Willing to start as soon as possible
