KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Reconciling processed work by reviewing and checking purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
  • Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  • Managing a company's accounts payable and receivable
  • Sending bills and invoices to clients
  • Tracking organization expenses

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • CPA is a plus.
  • Previous bookkeeping experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Familiar to Accounting Chart of Accounts for Accounting Entry.
  • Atleast 2-3 years work experience as Accounting Officer
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel / MS Word.
  • Aptitude for working with numbers.
  • Analyzing information
  • Must have a strong grasp of bookkeeping principles, capable of generating a company's book both manually and through computerized methods.
  • Must be excellent multitasks who remain organized even when receiving data from various sources
  • At least ONE (1) working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Must be willing to work in Camalig, Meycauayan City, Bulacan
  • Experience for Department Store is a plus
  • Experience for construction industry is a plus
