Job Summary:

Depending on the area of responsibility, the Corporate Accounts Officer should be able to know the client's corporate background, such as updated detailed information and address the needs and concerns of the clients regarding accounts they are handling and achieving the sales and collection targets for the year.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Know the client and establish a relationship with client companies in their assigned areas of responsibilities.
  • Assist corporate clients regarding needs such as additional orders.
  • Make visits to the companies and checking up on the conditions of the product.
  • Assist in the distribution of statement of accounts for payment processing, if along the way.
  • Notify the finance department regarding collection matters and paying habit for their respective accounts;
  • Notify the Sales Supervisor and/or the Managing Director regarding financial problems and possible bankruptcy of a client.
  • If the Corporate Accounts Officer is within the area where a collection is made, he or she can be the one to collect payment for that company.
  • Manage and ensure data is updated regarding the client all the time.
  • Negotiate with client companies for renewal of contract and any other changes to be made.
  • Assist the Area Sales Supervisor in the sales forecasting and targeting for the succeeding year.
  • Meet the quota or target for the sales as set by the sales forecasting done.
  • Attend to corporate client complains and concerns.
  • Generate sales for all other products if messe & handel Corporation.
  • Create a liquidation report for the revolving fund monthly.
  • Report to Area Sales Supervisor major complains and concerns of corporate clients.
  • Submit Daily Activity Reports, Weekly reports and Coverage plans to the Area Sales Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management of any equivalent course
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must have pleasing personality
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Able to adapt to any environment
  • Required Skill(s): Libre Office / MS Office / Basic Computer Skills
  • Can drive 4-Wheel Vehicle (Manual Transmission)
