
Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer experience by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating closely with internal teams. The CSR will act as the bridge between our customers, kitchen staff, riders, and management to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, comments, or other communication channels
- Handle customer comments and feedback on social media and other platforms
- Receive and take customer orders accurately
- Coordinate with management to verify payment before confirming orders
- Liaise with kitchen staff for advance and same-day order preparation
- Coordinate with delivery riders to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders
- Provide customer support to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Encode and record all orders in the system accurately
- Send out confirmed orders to appropriate branches
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any 4 year course
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Familiarity with messaging platforms, spreadsheets, and basic order tracking tools
- Can work independently and is proactive in solving issues
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken

- Amenable to work at Scout Gandia, Quezon City
- Willing to work on Monday to Saturday schedule
