What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service to Comcast clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling a diverse range of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and online chat
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think quickly and make informed decisions
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
