About the role

Prime Technology Specialists Inc. is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Officer to join our Human Resources team in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office. As a full-time position, this role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier candidates to support the growth and success of our dynamic technology organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screening applications, conducting interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company's ongoing talent needs
  • Providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within a technology or fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with HR technology and applicant tracking systems
  • A strategic mindset and data-driven approach to talent acquisition
  • A passion for talent management and a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience
