We are seeking a detail-oriented and finance-savvy IT Business Manager to join our IT Holdings Team. While the role involves minimal technical IT work, it plays a crucial part in managing administrative, accounting, and finance-related responsibilities to support IT operations across all business units. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or accounting, with experience working in an IT-related setting or supporting IT functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual budgets for IT-related expenses across all business units.
  • Coordinate with various business units on IT projects and related requirements.
  • Follow up on unpaid invoices with relevant business units.
  • Encode invoices in Dynamics NAV and Business Central.
  • Manage vendor coordination and communications.
  • Monitor and ensure timely renewal of licenses.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (finance-related course preferred).
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an IT-related environment or in a role supporting IT operations.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems such as Dynamics NAV or Business Central is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
