The Business Analyst – IT Transition & Consulting Support is a hybrid role that combines structured project execution with broader consulting engagement. This position supports enterprise programs by coordinating activities across IT and business functions, managing issue resolution, and contributing to stakeholder alignment. In addition to hands-on execution, the role involves representing the organization in client-facing settings and contributing strategic insight where appropriate. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and able to "wear multiple hats" across operational, program, and advisory workstreams

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders across IT and operational workstreams
  • Coordinate execution of transition-related activities including issue tracking, task alignment, and stakeholder communication
  • Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and follow-ups to maintain momentum across deliverables and dependencies
  • Prepare and manage documentation such as action logs, issue trackers, briefing decks, and progress summaries
  • Support onboarding and enablement activities including systems access, process coordination, and communication rollout
  • Represent the organization in a professional, client-facing capacity during stakeholder interactions and site visits
  • Contribute to broader program discussions by identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies that may impact delivery
  • Exercise structured thinking to support escalation framing, decision support, and advisory-level input as needed
  • Operate with a high degree of independence, flexibility, and accountability in a distributed team environment

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience is required; a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in client-facing, consulting, or program support role, ideally within complex or global organizations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface across business, technical, and leadership stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver with consistency in remote or hybrid work settings
  • Professional demeanor, with confidence to engage in cross-functional meetings and represent the organization during client interactions
