Job description:
I. POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales and Marketing Staff is responsible for promoting, selling, and expanding the reach of Dimsum Station's products and franchise opportunities. This role focuses on increasing sales performance, managing marketing campaigns, and developing partnerships with distributors, resellers, and franchisees to achieve company growth targets.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Sales
Actively promote and sell Dimsum Station products (siomai packs, sauces, rice, beverages) to walk-in, online, and wholesale customers.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, resellers, and franchise partners.
Follow up leads and inquiries about distributorship or franchise packages through social media, calls, and emails.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Conduct market research and competitor monitoring to identify opportunities and pricing strategies.
Prepare and submit sales reports, customer feedback, and order summaries weekly.
B. Marketing
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions, both online and offline.
Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with creative and engaging content.
Support in photo/video shoots, content creation, and caption writing aligned with Dimsum Station's brand identity.
Coordinate with designers, printers, and suppliers for marketing materials such as tarpaulins, flyers, and packaging.
Help organize trade shows, product samplings, and franchise events.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and sales.
C. Customer Service & Support
Attend to customer inquiries in a professional, friendly manner online and in person.
Handle feedback and concerns to maintain excellent customer relationships.
Ensure that promotional materials, price lists, and product catalogs are always updated.
