  • Marketing and promotion: Create marketing materials such as brochures and social media content, manage digital marketing campaigns, and represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows.
  • Operations and coordination: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., reservations, food and beverage, front office) to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment on sales strategies.
  • Performance and analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales data, and campaign effectiveness to provide reports and recommendations to management.
  • Brand management: Ensure the hotel's brand is consistently and effectively represented across all marketing channels.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Analytical skills for data analysis and market research.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
