Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Account Manager located in Muntinlupa City. The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, and business development within the luxury residential market. The Account Manager will develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to generate new business opportunities and increase revenue.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Real Estate Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Proven success in Team Management with at least 5 years experience as Property Specialist.
  • Ability to develop and implement Sales Strategies and Initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in the luxury residential market is highly preferred.
