Job Description:

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, primarily through route sales activities. This role focuses on promoting plastic components manufactured by the company, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for additional business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular visits to existing clients to maintain strong business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer needs and propose appropriate plastic products and solutions.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage order processing.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
  • Support internal reporting and contribute to sales strategy development.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plastic components industry.
  • Strong connections with manufacturing companies in the Laguna area.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
