MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of 4-year course; preferably Supply Chain or Engineering.
  • Minimunm of 3-5 years of work-related experience with Supervisory functions
  • Advance computer and technical skills, MS office
  • Good communication skills
  • Experienced in using ERP/WMS software

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attends, Oversees and handles day to day queries and concerns of MCE's, Inventory clerks, encoders and warehousemen on all project warehouses to address and resolve all matters immediately. Attends as may be required by other departments.
  • MonitorS and checks the periodical report from MCE & Inventory Associate in order to account all materials requested are within the BOQ and have an updated weekly materials inventory level and status (Cycle count).
  • Conducts site storage inspection, random physical checking of construction materials on all project warehouse and conduct Cycle count on items stored at site warehouses.
  • Reconcile, checks and monitors actul inventory count of all construction material versus ERP system on all project warehoUse on a periodical basis to properly monitor stock inventory of materials and also its inventory accuracy.
  • Monitors and conducts sale of materials excess, non-moving and scrap to lessen/dispose all materials not required in construction.
  • Maintains, monitors, and distributes all warehouse documents and office supplies requirements.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned
