2.⁠ ⁠Staff Supervision

  • Supervise canteen staff (cooks, servers, cashiers, cleaners) and assign daily tasks.

  • Conduct staff training on food safety, customer service, and workplace policies.

  • Monitor attendance, performance, and scheduling.

3.⁠ ⁠Food Quality & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

  • Regularly inspect kitchen and dining areas for cleanliness and proper maintenance.

  • Address food quality issues or customer complaints promptly.

4.⁠ ⁠Financial Oversight

  • Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and expense tracking.

  • Suggest cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

5.⁠ ⁠Customer Service

  • Ensure courteous and efficient service to customers.

  • Gather customer feedback and recommend menu improvements.

6.⁠ ⁠Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor regulations.

  • Report operational issues, incidents, or improvement suggestions to management.

7.⁠ ⁠Continuous Improvement

  • Suggest menu updates or promotional activities to increase sales.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor practices for potential enhancements.
