Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in HR, accounting, or payroll administration. The Payroll Associate will assist in processing employee salaries, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in the HR/payroll system.
  • Verify attendance, timesheets, and overtime records.
  • Support in calculating deductions such as taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.
  • Help ensure payroll compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary, benefits, and deductions.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll-related documentation.
  • Generate payroll reports and support audits as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and labor laws is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
