Role Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will act as the 
voice of RCDA
 in outreach efforts. Using the CEO's LinkedIn account and other channels, you will engage directly with executives and decision-makers, nurture referral partner relationships, and drive meaningful conversations that create opportunities for RCDA's consulting team.

Your work will focus on 
strategic outreach and intelligent engagement
—not just volume. You'll research ideal customer profiles, create customized messaging, and maintain thoughtful dialogue with prospects and referral partners. This role requires someone who can balance persistence with professionalism and is confident in writing compelling, tailored outreach messages.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute outbound prospecting and outreach to contact centers and in-house service and support organizations via LinkedIn (using the CEO's account), email, text, and phone.
  • Research and identify ideal customer profiles in the contact center and customer experience industries.
  • Build and nurture relationships with referral partners through newsletters, case studies, and ongoing communication.
  • Craft customized, well-written outreach messages that resonate with executives and decision-makers.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads and ensure smooth handoff to senior consultants for meetings and presentations.
  • Track outreach activity and results in a CRM system, ensuring accuracy and visibility.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and prospect insights to continuously improve RCDA's sales approach.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent required).
  • Proven ability to manage LinkedIn-based outreach and email prospecting campaigns.
  • Experience writing compelling, customized business messages (beyond templates).
  • Strong research skills to identify and target ideal prospects.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and ability to work independently.
  • Proactive, persistent, and comfortable with rejection while maintaining professionalism.
  • Adaptable and entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced consulting environments.
  • Comfortable working US hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling consulting, training, or performance improvement services.
  • Familiarity with the contact center industry and customer experience best practices.
  • Prior success in building executive-level relationships via LinkedIn and email.
  • Ability to create and manage marketing content (e.g., newsletters, case study summaries).

  • Salary is a generous 80% base + 20% commission with target compensation of 30,000-50,000 PHP/mo
