About the role

FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION' is seeking a talented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This full-time position is based in Metro Manila and will involve handling a wide range of customer inquiries and requests.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Listening attentively to customer concerns and queries, and providing appropriate solutions or escalating issues as necessary
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring all necessary information is captured accurately
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  5. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements
  6. Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities

What we're looking for

  1. At least a Senior High School graduate
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  5. Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience
