About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Swine Researcher to join our team at SUNJIN PHILIPPINES CORPORATION' in Malvar Batangas. As a Swine Researcher, you will play a crucial role in our state-of-the-art feed mill, contributing to the development and optimization of our swine feed products. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise and drive innovation in the animal nutrition industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct comprehensive research and testing on swine feed formulations, ingredients, and production processes to enhance nutritional value, palatability, and overall product quality
  • Analyze feed samples and performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop new feed solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless implementation of research findings
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in swine nutrition and feed production
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making
  • Provide technical support and training to our production team to ensure consistent feed quality and optimal performance

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related field
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful research projects with quantifiable results
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights
  • Strong technical writing and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations
  • Proficient in the use of laboratory equipment, statistical software, and data analysis tools
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
