Learning Needs Analysis

  • Identify skill gaps and future needs
  • Use profiling tools to prioritize training

Talent Development

  • Assess and identify high-potential employees
  • Recommend indicators and run development programs

Program Delivery & Evaluation

  • Track participation and course completion
  • Coordinate logistics and evaluate training impact

L&D Strategy

  • Conduct training needs analysis
  • Design and deliver leadership and e-learning programs
  • Measure effectiveness and manage LMS

Internal Communication

  • Create newsletters and campaign content
  • Organize engagement events and align L&D with business goals
