  • Ensure
    compliance with China and APAC labor laws
    , policies, and HR governance standards.
  • Act as the
    main HR liaison between China HQ and regional offices
    .
  • Implement and maintain
    HR policies
    , employee engagement, and performance management frameworks.
  • Handle
    employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
    with cultural sensitivity.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive
    talent management, workforce planning, and retention strategies
    .
  • Support payroll coordination, compensation alignment, and regional HR documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of HR experience
    , preferably in a
    technology or consulting environment
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    China's employment laws
    and regional
    APAC HR compliance frameworks
    .
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English and Mandarin
    (spoken & written) and local Chinese language
  • Proven ability to work effectively with
    cross-border teams
    and manage multicultural workforces.
