MedEthix Inc. (An Ayala Affiliate under AC Health Group) is seeking a highly capable Assistant Brand Manager to join the Consumer Health Group. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing plans that align with company objectives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager in formulating strategies and annual brand plans across multiple product categories (e.g., Baby Skincare, Haircare, Home/Automobile Fragrances, etc.).
  • Lead the implementation of brand programs, ensuring alignment with established goals and direction.
  • Convert strategic plans into actionable execution briefs for internal teams and external agencies.

Campaign Development & Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, multi-channel brand campaigns.
  • Prepare comprehensive campaign rollout plans, covering timelines, creative materials, and messaging consistent with strategic objectives.

Media & Influencer Relations

  • Implement PR and influencer marketing initiatives that align with brand goals and reach the intended target market.
  • Recommend influencer and ambassador partnerships that fit the brand's direction and positioning.

Partnerships, Sponsorships & Events

  • Assist in identifying and managing brand collaborations, sponsorships, and event activations (e.g., launches, co-branded activities, etc.).
  • Oversee logistical arrangements to ensure seamless event execution and strong brand presence.

Brand Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor brand performance through regular data analysis and competitive assessments for quarterly and annual reviews with brand principals.
  • Develop post-campaign reports and gather consumer insights to strengthen brand positioning and guide future strategies.
  • Conduct on-site assessments, including mystery shopping and competitor benchmarking, to ensure consistent brand experience and identify improvement areas.

Brand Consistency & Compliance

  • Safeguard brand integrity by ensuring that all communication materials, messaging, and visual assets adhere to the established brand tone, voice, and personality across all touchpoints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php55, Php60,000.00 per month
