Marketing Brand Supervisor

Education & Experienced Requirement:
- A graduate of Business Administration major in Marketing Management, or any allied program.
- At least three (3) years extensive experience in Marketing (Brand Management, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Advertising)
- With solid experienced in Marketing or the same industry.
- Must be computer literate, and highly organized.
- Can work overtime if deemed necessary or when requested.
- Good analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills
- Acceptable written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to travel.
Brief Job Description:
- Directly in-charge of co-leading, co-organizing and co-managing the assigned Product Category to address profit, business and brand objectives.
- Recommends to VP-Marketing category strategies: aligning them with short, mid, and long-term business directions and identified organizational competencies vis-à-vis competitive review of category/industry; align development of market and trade strategies to category/brand equity.
- Facilitates and monitors project/program recommendations/completion, champion strategies/recommendation implementation through specific programs; identify key people for projects; allocate/assess resources vs. strategies/plans; influence trade/industry groups for partnerships and translate trade imperatives to strategic/equity plans.
- Recommends to MH marketing/business goals; identify/mobilize resources to attain objectives; developing the assigned overall strategic category/brand directions.
- Co-champion new product strategies, ideas vs. consumer/ category & business needs; solicit cross functional support in the product development process.
- Monitors/assess consistency of A&P vs. strategies (copy development/strategies; media plans) identify synergies of media and promo plans.
- In-charge for close coordination with all departments.
