We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Operations Executive who will lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR operational functions. This leadership role is ideal for someone with strong generalist and people management experience, capable of driving HR efficiency, compliance, engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for various roles (corporate, technical, leadership).
  • Oversee sourcing strategies, interview frameworks, and hiring metrics.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning.

2. Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig).
  • Oversee HMO, insurance, and benefits enrollment processes.
  • Ensure compliance and effective policy implementation across the organization.

3. Timekeeping & Payroll Support

  • Supervise timekeeping operations, attendance monitoring, and shift management.
  • Coordinate with payroll for timely and accurate payouts.
  • Monitor HRIS/timekeeping systems and ensure data integrity.

4. Training & Development

  • Drive onboarding and employee orientation programs.
  • Develop training calendars and capability-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external trainers for leadership and skills development programs.

5. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee concerns, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Promote positive workplace culture through engagement programs.
  • Ensure labor law compliance and sound ER practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial leadership role.
  • Strong background in HR Operations with exposure to Recruitment, Benefits, Timekeeping, ER, and Training.
  • Proven experience working in medium to large organizations (preferred: telco, media, BPO, tech, shared services, or similar industries).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
