What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through extensive research, networking, and cold outreach
- Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to engage potential customers and secure meetings
- Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into valuable opportunities
- Maintain a detailed pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting
- Continuously research the market, competitors, and industry trends to uncover new sales prospects
- Contribute to the development of sales collateral and marketing content to support lead generation efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales leads generation or business development role, preferably in the information technology or software industry
- Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and converting sales leads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive informed decisions
- Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM systems, lead generation platforms, and social media
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed
- Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting in BGC, Taguig
