This is a remote position.

  • Preparing BAS returns & financial statements for Companies in Xero
  • Preparing budgets & forecasts and monitoring monthly
  • Weekly bookkeeping including bank reconciliation, payroll, accounts payable
  • Monthly AU payroll in Xero
  • Raising sales invoices
  • AP/AR reports
  • Quarterly preparation of superannuation
  • Annual PAYG summary lodgment / STP lodgment / TPAR
  • Produce weekly payables report and send ABA file

Requirements

  • Overall 2 years of experience
  • At least 1 year AU accounting experience
  • Xero experience required
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • UK accounting experience, preferred
  • Tertiary Accounting - BS Accountancy - preferred
