Overview

Junior Accountant (AU Healthcare, Hybrid) role at ConnectOS

Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.

Schedule

Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT)

What we’re looking for
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in AU accounting and finance
  • Hands on experience with Xero accounting software
  • Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel (VLOOKUPs and tables)
  • Strong data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
  • Aged care and NDIS experience preferred
  • Experience in construction and maintenance sector industry
  • Arabic language skills
What you will do
  • Provide support to the Accounts Department
  • Manage obligations to suppliers, clients and third-party vendors
  • Reconcile financial statements from suppliers
  • Prepare, send and store invoices
  • Manage inter-company transactions
  • Assist with Payroll
  • Ensure consumer statements are sent out accurately and timely
  • Handle communications with clients, suppliers and employees via phone, email and in-person
  • Assist with audits, reviews and resolve discrepancies
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
  • Support ad hoc accounting duties to assist the broader team
  • Undertake additional financial tasks or projects as assigned by senior management
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager to implement efficient procedures
  • Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations
