JOB SUMMARY:

The Asset Disposal Head for Auto Repo Units is responsible for strategically managing and overseeing the sales of repossessed or secondhand car units across dealerships and warehouses nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling auto repo units and must be willing to travel extensively to ensure optimal sale performance and asset management.

Location: Nationwide (frequent travel required) / Head Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Strategic Sales Management

○ Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize the disposal of repossessed motorcycle units.

○ Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to stay competitive and meet sales targets.

● Sales Operations

○ Manage and monitor the sales of repossessed motorcycle units in both dealerships and warehouses.

○ Coordinate with dealership managers and warehouse supervisors to ensure effective sales processes and inventory management.

● Travel and Site Visits

○ Regularly travel to visit various warehouses and dealerships across the country to oversee sales operations and provide support where necessary.

○ Conduct periodic audits and inspections of warehouses and dealership inventories.

● Reporting and Analysis

○ Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analyses for senior management.

○ Use data analytics to identify trends, forecast sales, and make informed decisions.

● Team Leadership and Training

○ Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.

○ Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling secondhand car units.

● Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

● Willingness to travel extensively across the country.

● Proficient in using sales management software and MS Office Suite.
