We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial, and leadership-oriented individuals to join us as Unit Head Associates. This is your chance to develop and lead your own team of financial advisors under one of the most trusted names in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Recruit, train, and develop new financial advisors
* Lead sales and business development activities to meet targets
* Provide mentorship, guidance, and motivation to the team
* Conduct client presentations and offer suitable financial solutions
* Monitor team performance and implement growth strategies

Qualifications
* Must be residing in the Philippines
* At least 3 years of sales, marketing, or leadership experience (preferably in financial services)
* College graduate (preferred); open to non-grads with strong track record in sales leadership
* Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to continuous growth
