ROPA Sales

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Building and establishing strong relationships with prospective buyers, agents and dealers and expand future business opportunities with them
• Handle sales and answers guest inquiries and prepare memo for approval of the proposed offered price
• Ensure that sales quota has been meet help achieve team sales goals
• Answering phone calls and Greets members and guests upon arrival
• Schedule and conduct actual visit of the repossessed unit to check its condition
• Conduct inspections of properties to identify factors which could influence property value.
• Coordinate and communicate with ROPA Supervisions any matter involving sale of repo unit
• Accounts all in and out of all repossessed units and keeps a record in the log book
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimized space utilization
• Make weekly report on sale of repo and attend weekly collection meeting
• Perform other duties assigned by immediate superior

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course
• With at least 1-3 years experienced in the related field
• Persuading and Negotiation Skills
• Experience selling units
• Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
• Team Player
• Must know how to drive and with valid driver's license.
• Computer literate
• Can start ASAP
