Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee deployment, repair, and disposal of ECU/ACU assets across Head Office and Marketing Companies
  • Prepare OPEX reports for ECU and ACU maintenance activities
  • Conduct quarterly consolidated inventory reports for all cooling units
  • Evaluate repair requests based on asset history, cost efficiency, and maturity
  • Flag audit irregularities from asset transfers and recommend process improvements
  • Monitor and control expenses related to CDE/ACU repairs and maintenance
  • Support Sales Operations with technical assessments and repair coordination

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's in Industrial Engineering preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in refrigeration/aircon systems and fleet asset management
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and team-oriented
  • Willing to travel nationwide and collaborate with Sales, Plant Logistics, and Transportation teams
  • Effective communicator with a proactive, people-focused approach
