
Part-time Virtual Assistant

Schedule: 4 PM - 8 PM PH time, Monday to Friday
What will you do?
Admin Support
• Review and update time entries and fees in invoice spreadsheets.
• Assist with calendar management and scheduling.
• Help organise electronic files and folders.
Legal Software Support
• Use basic functions in LEAP (training provided).
• Save documents and emails correctly to matters.
LinkedIn and Marketing
• Like and comment on LinkedIn posts.
• Connect with new contacts and respond to DMs.
Requirements
Skills Required:
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word. Experience with Microsoft Outlook preferred.
- Nice to have: Prior experience with Legal software/s (LEAP)
