About the Role
We are hiring a Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support a growing real estate business with daily operations, primarily focusing on Transaction Desk management. This role is ideal for someone who has real estate industry experience, is highly organized, and can confidently handle legal and transaction documentation. You'll work closely with the client to manage sensitive files, assist with closings, and ensure a smooth transaction process across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize legal documents and transaction files in Transaction Desk
- Accurately input and update client and transaction data
- Maintain communication logs and update CRM systems
- Assist with real estate administrative tasks (e.g., closing prep, pipeline updates)
- Help draft and send client introduction emails and manage document attachments
- Collaborate with the client to meet deadlines and reduce administrative workload
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Transaction Desk (deal-breaker)
- Prior experience in the real estate industry highly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with legal/transaction documentation
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized
- Good English communication skills (accent is not a concern)
- Reliable internet connection and power supply (city-based applicants preferred)
- Ability to work flexible, part-time hours with potential for increased workload during busy periods
