We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Admin Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in Go High Level (GHL), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, and Google Sheets. If you're tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and love streamlining systems and processes — we'd love to hear from you

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience working as an Admin VA or Marketing VA with CRM management responsibilities
  • Proficient in Go High Level CRM — campaign setup, contact management, pipeline management, automation, and workflow creation
  • Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator — managing outreach, updating lead lists, and supporting LinkedIn-based events and marketing campaigns
  • Skilled in using Zapier for automation and Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and data management
  • A problem-solver who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without micromanagement
  • Committed to long-term growth and excited to be part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent communicator with strong written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage campaigns and workflows inside Go High Level
  • Keep CRM database updated and clean (contacts, pipelines, tags, automations)
  • Support LinkedIn lead generation using Sales Navigator
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and managing LinkedIn events
  • Build and maintain automated processes using Zapier
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics in Google Sheets
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Tools You'll Use:

  • Go High Level (GHL)
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Zapier
  • Google Sheets / Google Workspace
  • Zoom, Slack, and other common remote collaboration tools

Requirements:

  • Must have your own computer and a stable internet connection
  • Previous experience managing LinkedIn campaigns or CRM systems preferred
  • Ability to work during PH daytime hours, with flexibility as needed

Schedule & Pay:

  • Part-Time: 20 hours per week
  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week
  • Pay: USD $5/hour (or equivalent in PHP, depending on experience)
