Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team on a part-time basis. This remote role is ideal for someone based in the Philippines with experience in email marketing, digital content creation, and basic graphic design. The candidate should be comfortable working independently, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with our U.S.-based team during CDT business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and schedule email marketing campaigns.
  • Create visually appealing content using Canva or other design tools.
  • Assist with social media content creation (graphics, captions, scheduling).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Research marketing trends and provide creative input.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks to support the marketing team.
  • Use a time-tracking app to log work hours accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Based in the Philippines (preferred).
  • Must be available to work CDT hours (Houston, Texas time zone).
  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing or marketing support.
  • Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design platforms.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to use a time-tracking app.
