Specific Duties & Responsibilities

1) Review of pending claims and call outreach to clinics as needed

2) Process Insurance payments to different payment portals

3) Review of rejected claims and resubmit to insurance

4) Follow up on workers comps and unprocessed claims

5) Process write-offs and claims aged over 60 days

6) Posting of payments timely after receiving EOB/ERA

7) Can handle multiple accounts (ave 15) as the team gains experience in the role

Requirements & Qualifications

1) Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in RCM, including payment and claims processing

2) Has excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

3) Has great attention to detail and can multi-task

4) Has critical thinking skills and can quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment

5) Can work with less supervision and agile to client's needs
