About the role

Join the dynamic team at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. as a Claims Analyst (Healthcare BPO). In this full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our healthcare clients. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of healthcare claims.

What you'll be doing

  1. Reviewing healthcare claims and related documentation for accuracy and completeness
  2. Liaising with healthcare providers and patients to gather additional information or resolve any discrepancies
  3. Accurately processing claims and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  4. Providing detailed reports and updates on the status of claims
  5. Maintaining detailed records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
  6. Participating in training and development activities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
  4. Proficiency in using computer software and databases to process and track claims
  5. Working knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and terminology
  6. A customer-centric mindset and commitment to providing high-quality service
